Your customer service promised me that Support team will be getting hold of me with some instruction to delete my account. But they never did!!

I have been receiving emails from Houzz attention to someone elses name, Krystal Border. That is not my name!!! I do not trust your payment system. Also due to that problem, I asked your customer service (her name is Kit) to cancel both of my orders.

But one of them never got canceled and I just found out that the order (2 tables) is now in the transit. I called customer service again and they told me that now I have to receive the packages (huge packages with tables in them) and take them to FedEx to return those! That is such a joke! They even told me that I have to pay the shipping to return.

I cannot accept the order that your customer service promised me to cancel. Please do something about this. I want a full refund!!!!!!! Delete my account please.

I am NOT Krystal Border. Where in the world did this name come into my account????

The email address I’ve been given twice now seems to be an invalid one.

Ive been emailing and calling and it seems. IMPOSSIBLE to actually speak to a person about my order. This has been a huge waste of my time!!! Im now being told that Ive is misspelled!

Wednesday FEBRUARY 9TH R&L carrier send Text that my FEBRUARY 11TH 11:00am-5:00pm Someone needed to be home to recieve and sign for shipment. FEBRUARY 11TH at 5:30 pm called,, thier reply was its not going to happen,, I lost a days work,, they said call back Monday morning after 6:00am, *** *** poor business,, no customer service, but IM not stopping still I get my point across!!!

Rocking chairs never delivered.

Received a damaged table. Called Houzz several times only to be given the shipping company to pick up damaged product before I could even be issued a refund. Company will not answer the phone. It's been 6 days and I'm stuck with a damaged table in my small apartment and I'm out almost $700!

Unhappy with not being able to speak to someone who is supposed to be your personal concierge and promised leads and I got nothing

Stay away from this company they tell you have a personal concierge that you can get in touch with at any time that is not true I can never get a hold of them the other reason is they promise you leads and one on one phone calls and that is not the case you get nothing and they make you lock into a year subscription
