Houzz - In regards to a purchase that didn;t go through today.

On this day 10/10/2017 I purchased a Wall Floral Clock with my debit Visa card and it was declined. The card was shut down due to the fact that someone purchased something without my authorization today. I still plan on getting the clock. Thank you Ellen Reichley, 1351 N. Morning, It appears that Houzz has false advertised a product and is refusing to sell me an item clearly stated to be for sale on multiple web sites. I have no choice but to request communication with you public relations officer/team and your legal team. Houzz has clearly made an error and is not willing to aid a customer. All I want to do is purchase the item as stated on their web site. The price is acceptable with me but I also would like to know why Houzz kept me on hold while deleting their mistake and not honoring their stated price. Thanks David

Don't risk buying from Houzz

Details
If you have problems with your Houzz order, they will do nothing to help. When you call, they will be nice, they will say they are working on your issue, but they never call back. I spent $438 on a swing that was missing so many parts (including the instructions) that it could not be assembled. I called multiple times to customer support. No help. Two of the missing parts were wooden slats that from the top and bottom of the swing that the chains connect to for hanging. The wood is Larch which is not available locally. No way to buy parts and fix it on our own. Never again. Shame on Houzz for taking people's money, and shame on them for allowing sellers to scam people through their site.

Houzz - Don't buy items that are on sale!

I was looking for book shelves on the internet and Houzz site was advertising shelves with a discount price. I brought the book shelves, entered all my personal and financial data on their website. I received a email from the company confirming the transaction. Days later I received an email disclosing that my purchase was cancelled without any explanation. I contact the customers service and after several times trying to reach them they disclosed that the price advertised was not correct and that they have the right to cancel the order at any time. So don't trust their advertisiment as they will not honor what was advertised.

Details
Trying and trying to unsubscribe from Houzz' endless emails communications but to no avail. I push the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom (which sends me to more hawking of wares) and I still get regular email notices. They have no contact telephone or address. The only way to get in touch with them is to sign up, which I'm sure will cause my life to be one long string of unwanted emails clogging up my service. You can enter but you can never leave! Houzz - Art work that never arrived

I ordered Art work in Aug And never received it. I made numerous emails and phone calls to Houzz. They said they would get back to me they never called me they never emailed me and now I received a bill for blue city lights oil art. I’m not going to pay for this and I’ve been very unhappy with their customer service.

I agree 100% Was notified item shipped on 11-20-2017 and product still,has not gotten here 12-05-2017. I will never use Houzz again and would pay more for same item elsewhere.
