The chest came with a damaged magnetic door closure it keeps coming out of the metal part on top of the cabinet that opens and closes the door you cannot open the door with the magnet coming out of that part basically the door does not open and close it has to be kept shut what a shame it was very expensive also Im very upset with this company they never returned my email will never purchase from them again I have tried several times to contact them by phone with no response!

I order a 1500.00 bed . They put my order through multiple times cause the bank to freeze my debit card and putting my order on hold . It took hours to get things fixed to reorder. I reordered the next day only to have my order canceled due to out of stock after being told there was 41 in stock. I will never order from Houzz again . They dont care about customers and are very incompetent.

Since contacting “pissed consumer,” a Houzz customer service manager contacted me. After almost two weeks since he emailed me, I saw a positive result.

He succeeded in securing the missing parts and they were delivered to me.

Additionally he credited my charge card about 20% for the inconvenience I experienced. Thank you “pissed consumer!”

The day my order arrived incomplete, I reported the problem to Houzz and was told to expect a response within 2 business days. After more than 72 business hours since I first called advising Houzz of my incomplete order (missing handle and hardware), I contacted them again. It has now been 5 business days without a word from Houzz via phone or email.

The app is well thought out, except access to it. There is no one to help recover your sign in! Have purchased an item for $2500 but have no way to return it! No way to contact customer service! No way to sign on to my account because I forgot how to do it. And why in the holy name of God do they send me texts and not let me go directly to the site to see what they are trying to sell me? It is stupid! I had to disable the app because I rarely use it, but now I'm ready for my next remodel and have to drive myself crazy with their *** App! No thanks, I'll move on to the next new thing on the internet, and I can't wait for that!

I have submitted a review on the builders/contractors listed by name Acacia Improvements LLC Owned and operated by Jose Angel Torres and Johanna Pedrosa multiple times! Acacia Improvements LLC had a written contract with myself and husband- and took ALL $18,000 from us and abandoned the project/contract! Who refuse to refund our money due to breach of contract! This company advertises on Houzz.com and I have submitted this review multiple times- yet, Houzz.com has not posted the negative review, in my hopes of helping future, possible victims from going through the *** that my family has gone through! I am uncertain as to why Houzz would not post my review, as when I submit- no one from Houzz has attempted to contact me!
