Worst customer service ever. Same issue here.

They are stringing me along and refuse to call me. I have to communicate with some idiot via email. Over curtains that were never opened and never used. They were purchased for me over Christmas/New Years.

Not ever over $100.

Such a miserly company. Amazon is so much more reasonable to work with

Houzz - What is u phone number in Irvine?

Irvine's main phone number. I want to buy the marble stand to hold the down the light stand that is off balance on the silver light that is has a long neck pointing down. I couldn't see the marble in the photo. I didn't don't want it to fall, since it will be over my bed. Thank you Barbara I know I have to have at least 100 words, so will see. Houzz in Irvine, California - Worst delivery system

Houzz notified me that my purchase would be delivered on Tuesday 9/5. I planed my time around that. Then I got a call on that date the delivery service that inform me that it my chairs would be delivered on 9/6 between 9:00 and 1:00. which was worked. I waited until 4:00 still nothing. We called the delivery service and they don't answer, we have tried several times. Can't get a hold of anybody at HOUZZ as everyone knows. I understand they are an technology company but they owe their customers an outlet to know what is going on. this is a bad experience. We are out $1400.00, time . effort and got zip. Customer satisfaction is not in the business plan. My opinion shop elsewhere.

Well I DID RECEIVE the refund ... Actually a Houzz Rep contacted me via phone and after a short discussion, she agreed to refund the $56, which they promptly did.

I appreciated the phone call AND THE REFUND! I will do business with Houzz again.

Called on December 15th the 1-800-368-4268 customer service number for HOUZZ regarding this comforter return and made sure to have the order and return number on hand. Spoke with someone who was nice and helpful.

He looked up the information that showed my return was in fact sitting in the warehouse since 11/28/16 and had not been processed. He started the return and said the credit would be on my card in 3-5 days which it was. My issue was that it looks as though this company was never going to process the return until I called to tell them they had it back and find out when I would receive the credit.

Even though the guy I spoke with was very helpful, I don't believe I will risk another purchase with this company.
