I ordered a king size head board on April 1, 2018 from their website which had if ordered today delivery would be between April 3rd and April 10th. I received an email 2 minutes after placing order.

On April 6th I submitted a request on their website on the status of order and got an auto reply that someone would contact me in 1-2 business days. I got a response the same day stating the they were waiting for the vendor to reply. I called the 800 number on April 11th was put on hold while they called the vendor, the vendor didn't answer.

I called on April 13th and requested the order be cancelled still no email verifying the cancellation of the order. This company should spell their name HOSED YA not Houzz
