Well, after battling days and hours to get someone to give me reasons why I am having only 2 leads and one disconnected phone lead for about 4 month on paying them and no support at all, I finally got today a very gentle customer service from Houzz on the phone who told me that all my contacts and managers where not working anymore for Houzz abd that was the reason why nobody got contacting for all this time and why emails were not answered either. I said that this is not a valid reason for not getting anybody supporting me just because people are not anymore with Houzz, Houzz suppose to dedicate a replacement abd follow up immediately with the customer if this one is found out orphan, isnt it?

Yes, said the customer service that us true and we apologize. During the talk with the customer service I found out that the reason why I didnt have more than 2 leads despite the fact that my website on Houzz is a 5 stars one with excellent reviews and top vendor recognition rewards by Houzz in my fiel of Kitchen cabinets, is because Houzz didnt invest enough marketing to bring me customers abd displayed me only in 2 geographical regions out of 15 others. I was very surprised yo fond out that the golden spoon loaded with Diamond that was promised at the subscription was in fact a plastic one from Mc Donald! I fall from high and I said that after having spent $2,000 since I was membêtes I was not even decently displayed by the management and almost no marketing was spent for me to promote me in my geographical areas creating a lack of information about my company and concealing to potential customers my presence!!

In this case you can guess that there are two losers: my company and the customers on the field looking for someone brilliant like me and there only one winner: Houzz who cash the money and do not display your existence! I am very disappointed I said to this very good listening customer service person who said that this us evidently unacceptable and the replacement if absent managers should have called long time ago. She also said that Houzz will give me months of membership free to make it working for me and will certainly do their best to patch up what happened in this painful case. She said that my new assigned manager will call me soon and that they will spend mire marketing on my company to speed up the efficiency of my website with Houzz pro.

This is it, I am waiting for results and hope that they honest in their willingness to bring high level results for my membership and bring back satisfaction. Thanks.

User's recommendation: Houzz suppose to a good company, things can happen, but the only way to see how much a company is good is to see how they will bring solutions to problems, to be continued, let’s see, I will keep you posted.
