I ordered two chairs online from Houzz due to remodeling my home I did not unpack the chairs for 30 days they were severely damaged I call them and ask for a replacement sent them pictures of the damages which looked like it was done in the factory and 10 days later they inform

me they could not replace them or give me my money back because I waited 30 days I have flushed my money down the toilet. I will never order furniture online again and will not order ever from Houzz
