Houzz - Defected merchandise
We ordered bathroom faucets from Houzz. We waited two months before installing and both faucets have the same defect where they leak.
Houzz claims to have contacted the seller and they refuse to do anything because it is after the 30 days. We did not want a refund, we just wanted replacement parts so our sinks would not be constantly running. I think Houzz should do more to ensure their customers are satisfied. I have requested the manufacturer information since it is no where on any of the paperwork.
We will see how it plays out.
Before this I was raving about them to everyone, now I will be telling everyone to stay away! It is worth spending more money shopping at Lowe's or Home Depot, at least they care for their customers.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $160.
Preferred solution: replacement parts.
Houzz Cons: Lousy customer service.
