Not resolved

Order item on January 5th, received confirmation item was shipped on January 10th. Today is January 18th and still no delivery.

Tracking number supplied was not the same one as "Quick Delivery Service" assigned to the shipment. After several phone calls was able to track package to local airport where the package is currently located and has been for the past 48 hours. I will never order anything else from Houzz or anyone else for that matter that ships with "Quick Delivery Service".

After reading multiple reviews, did not bother calling Houzz Customer Service for support. This is my first and last order.
