If you find a product you like on Houzz - find someplace else to order it from.I ordered two sets of dishes from Houzz.
They deducted the payment for both sets from my account, but only delivered one set of dishes. When I called about the second set, I was told I would receive an email to verify my claim. I answered the email and they sent another asking me to verify my first email. When I tried to respond to the second email, I was informed the "ticket" had been closed.
I never received the second set of dishes nor was I given a refund.Edit
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $108.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Lack of doing the right thing, Cannot contact.
