Houzz has great items for sale. Their shipping was great, but if you have any issues, standby!

I ordered some home décor and when one of the items was delivered, it was damaged. I immediately got on the web and requested a return/refund. The automated response was 'you'll be hearing from us within 3 business days'. After 8 business days and three subsequent emails, NOTHING!

This was a $49.99 item that I guess I'm just suppose to loose? Be careful ordering anything from this company!! No real human contact at all.

Will never order anything from this company again just on the fact that something may need to be returned. Even though they offer some nice items, I've seen some of the same items on other websites of the same quality.

Product or Service Mentioned: Clock.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
