Houzz return nightmare
Got a shower door As they promesses to deliver in 3 days but Door broke while in transit with FedEx. I end up Receiving the door about 10 days later on a damage box With missing parts and not not fitting in the bathroom.
Houzz response regarding my grace period return was focus on the fees that I'm to pay rather than offering a solution new product .
nevertheless my return will not be process unless the door is ship back On the original damage box that I have submitted pictures to and that no Currier in the USA will deliver on a damage box because is simple a safety hazard. This is been disgraceful and worse experience I ever had .
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
