Houzz - Returns
VERY difficult to locate the procedure to use on their website for returning items. I will never order again and I hope others become aware of this.
Wayfair is great in customer service and deserves the business. Houzz gives instructions stating to go to YOUR ORDERS but that drop down or selection never appears on the screen. Making it difficult is most likely the method they use for discouraging returns. Then they want at least 100 words if you write to them about your experience.
Apparently they have people getting paid just to read.
Why require 100 words when the concern can be stated in less? This certainly is puzzling.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Houzz Cons: Return service is the worst.
