Poor customer service response time

Parts missing took two weeks to get and then had no instructions . Finally got them via email -which could have happened quickly -after being on hold multiple times for hours .

This order was cancelled weeks ago.

It was delivered anyway and theyve been sitting outside for 2 days waiting for Fed Ex to pick up.they are huge boxes, blocking my walkway. Houzz WILL BE held responsible for any and all charges, billed to me by my association
