Not at all what i paid for, and now $217 to return????

I bought a bound wave pile rug for $471, I got a two tone berber contractor grade bound rug worth $200, to return it would cost $217, to replace from amazon, $338. Love new rug... stuck with rug i dont need, I can't even sell to get money back, cause its not worth anything new. Maybe $100 . will cut up and use in our cabin, I am sick to my stomach

Hi, I am one with the rug, the manufacturer sent me a return label, not Houzz. I sent back, now waiting for refund. they would not send correct carpet.

I have submitted a review on the builders/contractors listed by name Acacia Improvements LLC Owned and operated by Jose Angel Torres and Johanna Pedrosa multiple times! Acacia Improvements LLC had a written contract with myself and husband- and took ALL $18,000 from us and abandoned the project/contract! Who refuse to refund our money due to breach of contract! This company advertises on Houzz.com and I have submitted this review multiple times- yet, Houzz.com has not posted the negative review, in my hopes of helping future, possible victims from going through the *** that my family has gone through! I am uncertain as to why Houzz would not post my review, as when I submit- no one from Houzz has attempted to contact me!

This review on “pissedconsumers.com” May now be removed, as my review on Acacia Improvements LLC” has been posted on Houzz.com, and my issue of Houzz not posting is now resolved. (Please note, after submission of documents sent to Houzz-proving my “dealings” with the contractors served as proof, my reasoning for review to be posted”)

Ordered product from houzz 4 months ago item was not received I was charged and contacted customer service who responded they could not issue refund credit or replacement

Delivery

Don't have my product and poor communication, it was supposed to be delivered on October 9, that passed with no communication from the company. Eventually, I contacted customer service and was told the outsourced vendor lost the item. I was so frustrated, I canceled the order. How can such a large company have poor communication skills/customer service? I would never order anything from Houzz, because of their customer service my bathroom is incomplete. I turned to Wayfair which I have received great results from previously.

Damaged Item

Our order number is 171071****908305. We received all (4) of our bar stools, but one of the bottom of the legs (round plastic part that easily screws in and out) were broken. I reached out to the customer service support (833) 865-**** via text the day we received the stools and was told they would send a replacement part, but we did not get it. I followed up again, and I was told it was delayed in Indianapolis , and they would look into it and follow up. Another week goes by and I follow up again. I ask about the part that was stuck on Indianapolis, no response, just that they would follow up with the supplier. This is very frustrating, and I hope someone else can help us get this replacement part. Richard Slater

Delivery of product

Im unable to give a fair review because my product have not arrive and no one can communicate to effectively on where product is I ordered. The deliver date changed twice; October 9, was delivery date and as of October 12, Im still without my product.poor communication to the customer and if the carrier cant do the job effectively that vendors contract should be terminated. Poor communication skills equals poor results. Ultimately, Houzz is responsible for the poor service because they outsourced the work to a third party

Refusing to refund me for a merchant not sending product

I was charged over $300 for a product a merchant admitted they never sent. It has been 40 days since the merchant made a shipping label and I was charged. I have demanded Houzz issue me a full refund but they ignore me and just say they are trying to contact the merchant. Houzz is the one who charged my card so they should give me a refund so I can move on with my life and they can continue to try and get this from the merchant or file a claim with their insurance. It is so frustrating and suspicious.

I order an article by mistake I try to reach houzz costumer service by phone nobody answer this phone then try to text same thing !!!it is a robot that said you will be put to talked with a costumer service and after hours nobody talked to you my article I purchase have not shipped and have not yet receiving a tracking number so before I have to pay fir a Shipping or a restocking fee I want to cancelled my purchase made by mistake and I cannot it has been over 9 days ansd still not be able to talked to any one or cancelled this is a scammm people dont buy from houzzzz by from wayfair or Amazon but leave houzzz I am a designer and this is tge worth I have seen

Problem with order

Is very unhappy with the delivery of the item it was postponed twice for a total of 12 days later than originally issued ... Had to call numerous occasions to get the ball rolling again took a very long time very frustrated there are phone records to show this I'm sure... Day of delivery sent a notice that someone had to be at the house for delivery no prior set up on this only the day of delivery were we told someone had to be here... Yeah to take A-day off of work after all the frustration... If just to receive this item with no prior arrangements made would not order again

Lousy and ridiculous return policy/protocol

I purchased 2 small area rugs. Background color is more yellow than cream in the online picture. Houzz customer service had me on hold forever; vendor wanted me to take a picture and send to them to compare against online. I have never heard of this-ridiculous! Why should I go through all this for a simple return. Bottom line, they want me to pay for shipping. DO NOT BUY THROUGH HOUZZ.
