I ordered Art work in Aug And never received it. I made numerous emails and phone calls to Houzz. They said they would get back to me they never called me they never emailed me and now I received a bill for blue city lights oil art. I’m not going to pay for this and I’ve been very unhappy with their customer service.
Houzz - Never received parts
I ordered a dining set over one month ago from Houzz for over $400. The merchandise was missing parts. After numerous phone calls and emails, I still have no resolution. I will never order from Houzz again, the product was terrible and the customer service even worse. Stick with Amazon.
