Houzz - Bad customer service

Ordered what I thought was an outdoor rug, it faded within a month, tried to reorder a different one, I was informed there are several companies and I was told I could only order from one they suggested, so I did, a few weeks later the exact same rug I had that faded was sent to me, ordered a completely different design, they did not respond, so I guess I'm stuck with the same rug, that I'm sure is going to fade, but I won't buy anything from Houzz again...buyer beware!

Houzz in Tempe, Arizona - Portable kitchen island

Purchased a kitchen is.land from Houzz. After contacting them about a drawer that didn t fit they wanted pictures. We sent them. After several E-mails back and forth they told us we would be better to notify the company. I bought it from them. They should stand behind what they sell. I ended up fixing it myself after it became obvious they were not going to do anything. I think it is terrible customer service to tell someone to notify the manufacter for further help. I will never buy anything from their company again. They could care less.
