We found a table on Houzz but as it turned out they didnt really have the table. They said they had 8 in stock.

It took three long waits to get someone to call us back to tell us that the company did not really have stock (8 but not 8?). Another time, they said they had 28 of a chandelier and also had none. What is going on? Finally we called another store (GoreDean) directly that we found on Houzz and they explained exactly how long it would take to get the table and that there were no more of that chandelier but sent us 20 more to choose from.

We worked directly with them and got our dining room done in a flash and we love it.

It seems odd that Houzz does not either have people that can answer questions or allow you to talk to the sellers. They are just middleman and its very unhelpful.
